A man from Britain named Dennis Bell died in Antarctica in 1959. He was 25 years old. In 2024, some scientists from Poland found his bones in a melting glacier. They also found his watch, a radio, and a pipe.
Dennis worked in Antarctica to help with science. He sent weather reports and took care of dogs. One day, he fell into a deep hole in the ice and could not get out. His family was very sad because they could not find him for many years.
Now, Dennis’s brother and sister are happy that his bones are found. They want to bring him home and say goodbye. The family thanks the Polish scientists for finding Dennis after so many years.
