Trump stops Iran strikes for quick deal

US President Donald Trump says he has stopped new attacks on Iran for now. He says Iran and other Middle East countries asked him to wait. He says the US and Israel made this choice together. He wants Iran to make a deal quickly.
Trump says the deal must open the Strait of Hormuz at once. This sea route is very important for ships that carry oil. He also wants Iran to end its nuclear work that could help it make a nuclear weapon. Iran has not answered Trump’s statement yet.
The US, Israel, and Iran have attacked each other many times since fighting started on 28 February. Iran has fired missiles and drones at US sites and ships. The US has attacked places in Iran and stopped ships from using Iranian ports. If they do not make a deal soon, the US may start strong attacks again.
