Ed Sheeran asks Robert Kraft to give $2 million for Gaza aid
1 hour ago

Singer Ed Sheeran asked Robert Kraft to give $2 million to help people in Gaza and the area. Kraft owns Gillette Stadium near Boston in the United States. He said Sheeran called him this week about the money. Kraft did not say which groups will receive it.
This happened after Kraft removed rapper Macklemore from Sheeran’s concert at the stadium. Macklemore spoke in support of Palestinian people at earlier concerts. Kraft said Macklemore used words against Jewish people. Macklemore said this was not true. Sheeran said concert workers made the decision, and he did not want to argue about Gaza in public.
Macklemore said he will give $1 million from the tour to six Palestinian groups. He also asked Kraft to give the same amount. Other singers and bands left Sheeran’s US tour to support Macklemore. Kraft said he wants to help both Palestinians and Israelis. Sheeran now plans to ask other stadium owners to give money too.
