Iran attacked Jordan with missiles and drones on Friday. Two US soldiers died, and one US soldier is still missing. Four other US soldiers went to hospitals in Jordan. They have now left the hospitals. Jordan’s army stopped 10 Iranian missiles in its airspace.

The US military then attacked Iran for the seventh night in a row. US President Donald Trump said an earlier peace deal with Iran had ended. In total, 16 US service members have died in this war. Iran says US attacks have killed at least 50 people and hurt more than 500 people in the past three weeks.

The US and Iran made a first peace deal in June, but it ended within one month. Fighting started again last week. The US has stopped ships from using Iranian ports. Iran says ships cannot use the Strait of Hormuz, an important sea route. The fighting may continue.
