A woman named Mandy Wixon kept another woman with learning problems in her house for 25 years. Mandy made the woman clean her dirty house and gave her only a little food. Mandy also hurt the woman many times and did not let her leave the house.

The police found the woman in 2021 after Mandy’s son asked for help. The woman told the police that she was scared and Mandy hit her a lot. The police saw that her room was very small and dirty, like a prison.

Now, the woman lives with a new family. She goes to college and has gone on holidays. Mandy Wixon will go to court again soon to hear her punishment.
