Children are forced to work in sex trade in Kenya
20 minutes ago

In a town in Kenya called Maai Mahiu, some women called "madams" make young girls work in the sex trade. Some girls are only 13 years old. These women give the girls to men for money. The girls do not want to do this work, but they have no choice.
Some people from the BBC went to Maai Mahiu to learn more. They talked to the madams and saw the young girls. The girls said they have to see many men every day. Some girls do not have parents and have no safe place to go. They are very scared and sad.
A woman called "Baby Girl" helps some of these girls. She gives them a place to stay and teaches them new skills. The girls are trying to have a better life now. But it is still very hard for them, and they need more help.
