Sarah Ferguson loses charity roles after email about Jeffrey Epstein

Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, is not a patron of three charities now. The charities are Julia's House, the Natasha Allergy Research Foundation, and the Children's Literacy Charity. They said it is not good for her to stay because of an old email.

In 2011, Sarah Ferguson sent an email to Jeffrey Epstein. She called him her "supreme friend" in the email. Epstein was a sex offender. The email was a problem because before, she said she did not talk to him anymore.

The charities thanked Sarah Ferguson for her help in the past. But they said she cannot be a patron now. Another charity, the Teenage Cancer Trust, is thinking about what to do next.
